4.96 out of 5, across 319 surveys
Most of our reviews live on HAR.com, where every survey comes from a client who actually closed with us. That is a meaningfully different thing from an open review page.
The ratings badge
Verified after closing
A HAR.com client survey can only be completed by someone who closed a transaction with us. There is no way to pad it, and no way to remove a bad one.
Tonya’s badge sits here and on her own page. Julio’s sits on his. HAR supplies the embed code, so both stay current without anyone updating anything.

Two business profiles, shown separately
Tonya and Julio each hold a Google Business Profile. Rather than merge the feeds, we show them side by side and clearly labeled, which keeps both profiles intact. That matters: Google currently grants this team both a residential and a commercial category, and that is difficult to obtain and easy to lose.

We do not write these
No quote on this site is written, edited or paraphrased by us or by Vertical Web. Every review comes from the HAR.com or Google feed exactly as the client left it.
Let's begin.
Call, text or send a note. You will reach Tonya or Julio directly, and we will tell you honestly what your options look like.
