Humble is a city in northeast Harris County, immediately west of the Lake Houston area, wrapped around the US-59 / I-69 corridor and close to both Beltway 8 and George Bush Intercontinental Airport. Humble ISD is named for it.
It functions as the commercial hub for this whole side of Houston, Deerbrook and the retail along FM 1960 serve Atascocita, Kingwood and Huffman as much as Humble itself. The city limits and the Humble mailing address cover quite different housing stock, which is why comparable sales here have to be picked carefully.
