Texas law requires all real estate license holders to give the following information about brokerage services to prospective buyers, tenants, sellers and landlords.
The Information About Brokerage Services (IABS) notice explains the types of representation a real estate license holder can provide, and the duties owed to you under each. Tonya and Julio Kiliddjian are licensed with Keller Williams Realty Northeast, and we provide this notice to every client.
