About Woodstream
Woodstream is one of Kingwood’s villages. Rather than publish amenity claims we cannot source, we would rather tell you what we actually know: pricing in Kingwood varies far more by section and by street than by village, and the village name on a listing tells you less than the block does.
Call us and we will pull genuine comparable sales for the street you are asking about, and tell you what the homeowners association covers.
Woodstream is governed separately and is not a Kingwood Service Association member association, so KSA’s private parks are not included here. We will confirm exactly what the association covers for any address you are considering.
The community around it
Kingwood covers 14,000 acres and was founded 1970, with the first village opening in 1971, developed by a joint venture between Friendswood Development Company, an Exxon subsidiary, and King Ranch. It was annexed by the City of Houston at the end of 1996, and it is known as the Livable Forest.
It sits mostly Harris County, with a small portion in Montgomery County, on the east fork of the San Jacinto River, with access to Lake Houston, across ZIP codes 77325, 77339, 77345 and part of 77346. Schools are Humble ISD in the Harris County portion, and New Caney ISD in the Montgomery County portion. For Woodstream that means Harris County and Humble ISD. Running through all of it is a greenbelt system of more than 75 miles, with tunnels beneath the major arterials.
