Privacy Policy
This page sets out what we collect through this website and what we do with it.
This is a working draft and is not yet approved. A privacy policy is a legal document and should be reviewed by the client and, where required, the brokerage before it is treated as final. It is published here so the required footer link exists and so the review can happen against real text rather than a blank page.
What this site collects. If you submit a form, we receive the name, email address, telephone number and message you provide. If you use the property search, the IDX provider may record your search activity. The site uses analytics to understand how visitors use it.
What we do with it. We use your details to answer your enquiry and to help you buy, sell or lease property. We do not sell your information.
Third parties. This site uses an IDX listings provider to display MLS data, and displays review content from HAR.com and Google. Those providers have their own privacy terms.
